AI Use-Case Preparedness Audit

Before you fund, procure, or launch — we test readiness.

A focused two-week audit for organisations preparing to invest in an AI pilot. Know whether your use case is READY, CONDITIONAL, or NOT READY before committing resources.

The three questions

Every audit answers three questions about one use case.

01

Are the people ready to use and govern it?

Leadership alignment, skills, governance literacy, and trust for this specific workflow.

02

Is the process clear enough to absorb it?

Workflow clarity, decision rights, control points, exception handling, and measurement baseline.

03

Is the data trusted enough to power it?

Source ownership, quality, permissions, provenance, and AI retrieval readiness for this data domain.

Access

Complimentary for qualifying organisations.

AIR APAC offers the AI Use-Case Preparedness Audit on a complimentary basis for qualifying organisations. Audit fees are fully subsidised through AIR APAC's readiness programmes and partner network, as part of the mission to make AI readiness practical and accessible across the region.

Qualification is based on the use case, the organisation's readiness to act on the findings, and alignment with AIR APAC's public-interest mission. Priority is given to organisations that have completed the AI Readiness Scorecard or are referred by a partner institution.

AIR APAC is an independent, vendor-neutral center. The audit exists to help organisations make better decisions, not to generate downstream contracts. Remediation, implementation, and vendor selection are separate engagements, and partner options remain open.

Sample output

What a posture report looks like.

Use case: Customer support knowledge assistant
Process posture: CONDITIONAL
Data posture: NOT READY
Overall posture: NOT READY

Primary blocker: Permission-aware source-of-truth and
                   escalation workflow absent.

Recommended
decision: Do not deploy externally.
                   Run internal controlled pilot after
                   fixes 1 to 4.

Remeasure: 45 days

The posture is deliberately honest. If the use case is NOT READY, the report says so. AIR APAC's neutral position means the assessment is not designed to generate implementation work. It is designed to prevent wasted investment.

Guardrails

What the Audit is not.

  • Not an enterprise-wide data assessment
  • Not a data engineering or migration project
  • Not a pre-baked build contract
  • Not a vendor selection exercise
  • Not a generic AI strategy workshop
  • Not a software product or SaaS subscription
  • Not a certification or assurance mark
  • Not a commitment to downstream implementation

AIR APAC maintains a neutral position. The assessment identifies readiness gaps. Remediation, implementation, and vendor selection are separate engagements, and partner options remain open.

Request an Audit

Start with one use case that matters.

The strongest first conversation is specific: the use case, the decision owner, the current workflow, and the data you think you need.

Good audit candidates include customer support knowledge assistants, internal policy copilots, document classification, investor or partner matching, and sector-specific decision support tools.
